Fairfield’s Middle School and High School Squash teams compete in the FairWest Public School Squash league which is the largest and most successful public school squash league in the country.
Other schools competing in this league are Greenwich, Darien, New Canaan, Rye, Bronxville, Briarcliff, Westport and New Haven.
In addition, friendly matches are arranged against several local private schools.

An Open House will be held in the Fall for returning players, new players and those interested in finding out more. (Racquets and protective eye wear available to borrow)
No. Squash is a great complement to other sports. Roger Federer plays squash. It’s proven to help overall fitness, hand-eye coordination, and stamina.
Squash is managed using a ladder system with the top player being number one.
The ladder rankings may change throughout the season based on match performance and results.
The season runs from mid-November until February.
Practices are typically two days a week with matches on weeknights and weekends.
Practices are held at the state-of-the-art 6 court facility at Greens Farms Academy in Westport.
Matches will be held at other local squash clubs in Norwalk, Darien and Stamford.
Once you are set up correctly, players should be rostered to teams, and parents should be connected to those accounts as a 'guardian'. If you are a 'Fan', you are not getting messages, or cannot RSVP, you are not set up correctly.
